2. Ordering via WhatsApp Bot
We provide a automated WhatsApp bot ordering system to purchase fresh chicken and mutton cuts. When using this service:
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details, including your name, active WhatsApp number, and delivery address.
- You are responsible for any orders placed through your phone number.
- Our team reserves the right to accept, decline, or verify any order before cutting and packing.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices listed on the menu are in Indian Rupees (INR):
- Due to the nature of fresh meat markets, prices are subject to change based on daily market rates without prior notice.
- All products are subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability, our support team will contact you to modify or cancel the order.
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments can be made online via UPI or other available online methods as presented during the order flow.
- You must provide the correct UPI Transaction ID/reference for online payments. Verification is processed by our administration team. Any fraudulent references will lead to immediate cancellation of your order and suspension of your bot account.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Bali Meat Junction maintains strict sanitization and hygiene standards. However, since raw meat is highly perishable, you must store the delivered products in a refrigerator or freezer immediately upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for any quality degradation, spoilage, or health issues resulting from improper handling, cooking, or storage of products after they have been successfully delivered to your address.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and WhatsApp bot, including but not limited to logos, graphics, brand name (Bali Meat Junction), text, images, and software, is the property of Bali Meat Junction and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhule, Maharashtra.
