At Bali Meat Junction, we ensure that your fresh chicken and tender mutton orders are handled with care and delivered to your doorstep under the highest hygiene standards. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery timelines, rates, and guidelines.
1. Delivery Coverage Area
- We offer doorstep delivery exclusively within **Dhule city limits (Maharashtra, India)**.
- Our maximum delivery distance is set to **10 km** from our physical shop located at Lenin Chowk, Dhule. Orders outside this radius are not accepted by our automated system.
2. Delivery Timeline & Slots
- On-Demand Delivery: We aim to deliver fresh cuts within **30 to 90 minutes** of order confirmation, depending on traffic and order volume.
- Scheduled Deliveries: You can select a preferred delivery slot during the WhatsApp ordering process:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Please note that orders are cut live after your order is confirmed, ensuring maximum freshness. This can add a slight preparation time before dispatch.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on the road distance between our shop and your delivery location pin shared on WhatsApp:
- Flat Rate: ₹20 for the first **1 km**.
- Distance Charge: ₹10 per km for every additional kilometer started after the first 1 km.
- Example: For a delivery distance of 2.3 km, the delivery charge will be ₹20 + 2 * ₹10 = ₹40.
- Any applicable free delivery thresholds will be shown dynamically in the bot menu.
4. Packaging & Quality Preservation
- Every order is washed with RO purified water and carefully drained.
- Meat is packed in food-grade, leak-proof airtight bags.
- Deliveries are carried out in **insulated thermal outer bags** by our trained delivery professionals to maintain temperature control and ensure freshness is not compromised during transport.
5. Delivery Verification & Receipt
- To ensure secure delivery, a **4-digit verification OTP (One-Time Password)** may be sent to your WhatsApp number. You must share this OTP with the delivery executive to receive your order.
- At delivery, check your package immediately. If there is any weight mismatch or quality concern, report it to our customer support number immediately.
